Founded on 12 June 2019 under the leadership of Charter President Rotarian Chhongba Sherpa and 26 dedicated charter members, the Rotary Club of Boudha is one of the active clubs of Rotary International District 3292, Nepal. Since its inception, the club has remained committed to serving communities through impactful humanitarian and development initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of underserved populations.

Over the years, the club has successfully implemented many community service projects in the areas of health, education, environment, and water and sanitation. Among its major achievements is a Global Grant-supported WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) initiative, including a significant drinking water project in Bethanchowk, Kavre. This transformative project provided access to safe and sustainable drinking water to 233 households, local schools, and a total of 1,407 beneficiaries, greatly enhancing public health and living conditions in the community.

Driven by the spirit of “Service Above Self,” the Rotary Club of Boudha continues to work with dedication, compassion, and fellowship to create lasting positive change in society.
